Young Nepali volunteers created a map of the Dead Sea with used plastic bags on Wednesday in a bid to set the Guinness world record for largest plastic bag sculpture. Volunteers tied 100,000 colorful used plastic bags to a 20 meters long, five meters tall metal grid in the shape of the Dead Sea in Kathmandu's city center. The event aims to raise awareness about the vast amount of plastic pollution in the ocean.
