The EU leaders are expected to endorse two documents on Sunday as part of the special Brexit summit. The documents are the withdrawal agreement and political declaration. UK Prime Minister Theresa May believes the two papers have put Brexit "within grasp". They serve separate purposes in the Brexit process, but hold equal importance in laying out the roadmap for Britain's divorce from the EU, and defining future relations.
