Highlights of Harbin int'l ice sculpture competition

The 8th Harbin International Ice-Assemblage Sculpture Championship has achieved great success at Harbin Ice and Snow World in China's northeastern Heilongjiang Province.
Altogether 16 teams from 12 countries and regions, including China, Spain, India and Russia, have participated in the competition.

In this competiton, the contestants were required to use less than 10 pieces of ice blocks that are 1.6m in length, 0.7m in width, and 0.5m in height to create an ice sculpture with perticular themes.
Domestic and foreign ice sculptors presented their creativity and sophisticated skills through the three-day competition.
Finally, the championship went to the Russian team whose work "Go Football" demonstrated people's passion for soccer and commemorated the 2018 World Cup.

All of the works will be exhibited at the Harbin Ice and Snow World.
