Chinese Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Zhang Jinan said on Tuesday that the ministry will improve educational training, with 100 billion RMB (14.9 billion U.S.) allocated from the surplus in unemployment insurance funds to offer training to a targeted attendance of 15 million. The training will help workers enhance their ability to find jobs, and improve the quality of China's human resources.
