Russia has condemned the massive destruction of infrastructure by the US-led coalition in Syria's northern province of Raqqa.
Airstrikes in the past few days by the US-led anti-terror coalition destroyed four bridges in the region and seriously damaged the Euphrates Dam. The dam controls 13 billion square meters of water in the Assad Lake from the Euphrates River, and its destruction would have disastrous consequences.
Russia expressed concerns that the coalition's operation in Raqqa may trigger natural disasters and a humanitarian crisis.
ISIL first released video evidence of damage to the damn earlier this week.
