The 11th annual Meeting of the New Champions, better known as the Summer Davos, will begin on Tuesday in China's northeastern coastal city of Dalian.
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will address the opening of the three-day event under the theme of "Achieving Inclusive Growth in the Fourth Industrial Revolution."
