Testing and commissioning work for the 500-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope (FAST) is drawing to an end after a smooth three year trial operation. FAST, the world's largest single-dish radio telescope, was put into operation on September 25, 2016, in southwest China's Guizhou Province.
