The Chinese Embassy in India has published a special report on The Hindu and Business Line, reviewing the history of bilateral ties on the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
The article, consisting of three parts, listed facts and figures on China-India cooperation, key highlights of diplomatic ties in the past seven decades, and also delivered a message from Chinese Ambassador to India Sun Weidong.

In his message, Sun acknowledged that achievements from bilateral ties embodied great efforts of several generations of people. He expected the two sides to have drawn lessons from the past and push forward exchanges and cooperation with joint efforts.

On Wednesday's press conference, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying made similar remarks when asked about aspirations on China-India relations.
She noted the willingness of the two sides in further advancing exchanges at all levels and said the two countries are expected to hold 70 celebratory activities to demonstrate the historic connection between the two civilizations as well as their growing bilateral relationship.
