Dali City, located in southwest China's Yunnan Province, is known for its natural scenery. It's a famous tourist destination boasting both traditional architecture and picturesque landscapes. The city is also home to many animals. The brown-breasted bulbul is one of its residents.
The bird is endemic to central and southern China, as well as northern Thailand and Myanmar. These birds are often spotted in groups, mainly feeding on fruits, seeds and insects.
The brown-breasted bulbul is listed as Least Concern by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. Here are some photos of the bird taken in Dali.
