Peach blossoms are one of the most popular flowers during spring time in China. You can see them growing across the country. In Chinese culture, peach blossoms are often associated with romance. The fallen peach flowers often remind people of the love that comes to an end. The peach flowers grow before its leaves appear. There are many peach cultivars, some are pink, some are white and some are red. The peach flower is also edible and used as a garnish to add color and flavor to the dish.
Here are some photos of blooming peach flowers taken in Beijing, the capital of China.
