Cheery pink blooms decorate the streets of Jiangxi Province
CGTN

The pink woodsorrel is a common plant that can be found on all continents except Antarctica. In China, you can see the plant blooming on streets in many places. The little pink flowers decorate the gardens and add colors to the grasslands. The flowers, leaves and roots of the pink woodsorrel are edible but can only be consumed in small amounts.

Here are some photos of pink woodsorrel taken in Yongxin County, China's Jiangxi Province. Jiangxi Province is located in the subtropical zone, with a warm and humid climate and distinct four seasons. Spring and autumn are short, while summer and winter are long. Jiangxi is also one of the provinces with the most abundant plant resources in China.
