Pansies are cheerful flowers that are very popular as ornamental plants. It is a cold-resistant plant and likes sunshine. The length of sunshine has a greater effect on its flowering than the intensity of light; poor sunshine leads to poor flowering. The plant prefers fertile, well-drained soil.
