Naseer Jamshedi, former director of Afghanistan's Ministry of Repatriation and Refugees, discussed the new government that is being formed. "There is no doubt that for 20 years, institutions and donors and countries have done a lot of work in the field of education and construction of Afghanistan, and today these educated forces have been forced to leave their homeland," Jamshedi said, adding he hopes to see positive changes in the new government.
