SCO countries are among the fastest growing markets for cross-border e-commerce in China.

A special zone in Qingdao, East China, is becoming a major player in cross-border e-commerce with SCO member states. The SCO Demonstration Zone in Qingdao has a multimodal transport center that exporters can use. There are 17 international train lines to 22 countries in Europe and Asia, making it an important logistics hub in the region.

The SCO Demonstration Zone has also opened train routes specifically for cross-border e-commerce.
