An exhibition titled "She Walks in Beauty: Women of the Han Dynasty and the Roman Empire" is currently on display at the Hunan Museum, in Changsha City, Hunan Province, where it features more than 200 objects from museums in Italy and China. Among the precious relics on display, a simple unlined gauze gown with a curved hem weighing just 48 grams stole the spotlight. Described as "light as smoke," the garment made of incredibly thin material was worn by an ancient Chinese noblewoman around 2,200 years ago, showcasing the quality and aesthetics of ancient Chinese clothes. The exhibition runs until October 7.
