Completed in just six months, the venue of the SCO Summit tells the story of China’s achievements in infrastructure and construction.
The venue was a shopping mall before. It was demolished in only eight days. And it took only 45 days for the workers to ventilate the site with over 200 electric fans.
This is an example of “China speed.”
