CGTN's Liu Yang arrived in Goroka, the capital of the Eastern Highlands Region of Papua New Guinea.
As the plane landed, a group of tribes people performed traditional dance and sang songs at the airport to welcome the visitors. Liu joined the crowd and danced with the local performers.
Papua New Guinea is the host of the 2018 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting. This year's meeting will focus on how to build common ground in trade, job creation and quality of life for the Asia-Pacific region.
