Chinese President Xi Jinping will arrive in Moscow on Monday for a state visit at the invitation of his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. The two presidents will be meet for the third time this year, following meetings during the Belt and Road Forum in Beijing and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Astana.
Russia's ambassador to China, Andrey Denisov says the meeting between the two presidents is the most important event in the bilateral calendar in 2017.

Denisov told CGTN Xi and Putin will discuss a wide range of bilateral and international issues.
The two countries plan to cooperate more in trade and investment, agriculture and infrastructure, fuel and energy, oil and nuclear energy.
