Ivy glorybind, or Calystegia hederacea, is a species of the glorybind family.
The family has some flowers in the shape of the broken bowl, which may have led to an old Chinese saying: "To pluck the glorybind, is dropping the bowl from your hand."

The annual herb is well adapted to cold and hot environments.
It usually blossoms from July to September, and can be found in a wide range of elevations on plains and plateaus.
