China's housing market has been showing steady recovery this year on the back of several long-term measures aimed at promoting the stable development of the sector. In an interview with CGTN, Pang Ming, chief economist for Greater China at JLL says more supportive policies are necessary to sustain market expectations and put the sector on a healthy and sustainable development path.
