People from the Tujia ethnic group prepared a traditional cake to welcome the New Year in Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County, Guizhou Province. As a traditional delicacy of the Tujia people, this kind of cake come in two colors – red and white – that feature different patterns. The white ones are mainly used for sacrificial ceremonies, while the red ones are usually enjoyed at festive moments such as New Year and other important occasions.
