In Tibet, vultures are closely related to religion. Tibetan Buddhists believe the bird brings their spirit to heaven after death. However, vultures are severely threatened by an invisible but powerful factor: global warming. As the climate changes and glaciers melt, it becomes increasingly difficult for the alpine birds to forage and raise their fledglings. Monk Tashi is one of the locals who are concerned about the vultures' survival. He knows that action is needed.
