In the finale of the 16-episode series "The Himalayan Vultures," the raptors living on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau sink their beaks into a rare feast. But challenges lie ahead — climate change and habitat loss still threaten these big birds' survival.

"The Himalayan Vultures" explored the lives of the birds of prey living on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the highest plateau in the world with an average elevation of over 4,000 meters. Parts of the plateau span southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region and Qinghai Province in the country's northwestern region.
