Bird's nest ferns are a common sight in tropical rainforests. The epiphytic species, which means it grows on the surface of other plants, has flat and wavy fronds and the center looks like a bird's nest, hence the name. In rainforests, you can find them growing on tree trunks, forming a beautiful garden in the air.
