Bird's nest ferns in Hainan Tropical Botanical Garden

Bird's nest ferns are a common sight in tropical rainforests. The epiphytic species, which means it grows on the surface of other plants, has flat and wavy fronds and the center looks like a bird's nest, hence the name. In rainforests, you can find them growing on tree trunks, forming a beautiful garden in the air. 
Here are some photos of bird's nest ferns taken by the CGTN Nature filming crew in Hainan Tropical Botanical Garden in Danzhou City, south China's Hainan Province.
