Pink woodsorrels are pretty plants with pink to violet flowers. The flowers, which have an acidic flavor, are sometimes added to salads as decorations. The leaves are also edible, but are suggested to be consumed in small quantities. The plant is easy to grow and doesn't need much care. Here are some beautiful photos of pink woodsorrels taken by the CGTN Nature filming crew in Hainan Tropical Botanical Garden in Danzhou City, south China's Hainan Province.
